Loom therefore observes the applicable legal provisions on the protection, lawful handling and confidentiality of personal data, as well as on data security, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

This Privacy Policy informs you about the nature, scope and purposes of the collection and use of your personal data by LOOM in connection with your visit to and use of our website www.loom-studio.com ("Website"). 3.1 If you contact us by using the form on the website or by e-mail, we will process the personal data you provide (e-mail, name, telephone number as well as your inquiry or the associated documents) for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions for the fulfillment of (pre-)contractual obligations or on the basis of legitimate interests. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

3.2 In the course of your use of the website, we collect, collate and store the following data:

• IP address and IP location
• Referrer URL (the previously and subsequently visited website)
• Number, duration and time of calls (your interaction with the website) as well as language
• Search engines and keywords you used to find us
• Browser type, device type, screen resolution, Internet service provider and operating system

We collect these so-called log files (access data) automatically using cookies (details below). The processing of this data is necessary for the provision and the security of our website. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not link these data to certain individuals. After processing for the mentioned purposes, the data will be deleted.

4. Use of data

4.1 LOOM will not process the data provided to it for purposes other than those covered by the mandate agreement or by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. This excludes the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data provided has been anonymized.

4.2 LOOM will not keep data longer than necessary for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations by LOOM and for the defense of any liability claims.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

5.1 In order to fulfill your order, it may also be necessary to transfer your data to third parties (e.g. subcontractors and service providers that LOOM uses and to whom LOOM provides data, etc.). Your data will be forwarded exclusively on the basis of the GDPR, in particular for the fulfillment of your order or based on your prior consent.

5.2 LOOM will not disclose your personal data collected on the basis of your use of the website to third parties, unless it is necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations or required by law/authorities.

7.2 Insofar as there are changes to your personal data, LOOM requests to be notified accordingly.

7.3 You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Your request for information, deletion, rectification, objection and/or data transfer, in the latter case provided that it does not involve a disproportionate effort, can be addressed to LOOM at the address given in point 9 of this statement.

7.4 If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by LOOM violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the possibility to complain to the competent supervisory authority.

8. Disclosure of data breaches

LOOM endeavors to ensure that data mishaps are identified at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the competent supervisory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected.
